• Space Mapping: Mapping and analysis of urban zones, public spaces, and dynamic city environments

Important Notice: Our Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not:

• Sell tickets, bookings, or reservations for venues or events
• Provide direct access to venues, attractions, or entertainment facilities
• Act as a booking agent or intermediary for third-party services
• Guarantee availability, pricing, or access to any venues or events
• Endorse or recommend specific venues, events, or services

All information provided is based on analytical research and publicly available data. Users are responsible for verifying information and making their own arrangements for visiting venues or attending events.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates

• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or the reputation of third parties
• Use the Service in a manner that could create liability for us or cause us to lose services of our ISPs or other suppliers
• Violate any applicable export control laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UAE Urban Experiences Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Our Content and Materials

All content on our website, including but not limited to:

• Text and Written Content: Articles, descriptions, analytical reports, guides, documentation
• Graphics and Visual Elements: Logos, images, icons, illustrations, infographics, charts
• Data and Compilations: Analytical data, statistics, research findings, data compilations, databases
• Software and Code: Website code, scripts, algorithms, software applications

• Branding: Trademarks, service marks, trade names, brand names

All such content is the property of UAE Urban Experiences Platform or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR ANALYTICAL DATA
• WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE UAE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UAE URBAN EXPERIENCES PLATFORM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

8.1 Types of Excluded Damages

• Financial Losses: Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Service-Related Damages: Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Third-Party Damages: Damages resulting from any conduct, content, or services of third parties
• Security Breaches: Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers, systems, or data
• Data Loss: Loss or corruption of data, information, or content
• Interruption Damages: Damages resulting from service interruptions, delays, or failures
• Inaccurate Information: Damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information

8.2 Limitation of Total Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), shall not exceed:

• The amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, OR
• AED 100 (One Hundred UAE Dirhams), whichever is greater

• Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law

8.4 Jurisdictional Variations

8.5 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Venues, events, or services mentioned in our guides will be available, accessible, or meet your expectations

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UAE Urban Experiences Platform, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Applicable Laws

The following UAE laws and regulations apply to these Terms:

• UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law)
• UAE Federal Law No. 18 of 1993 (Commercial Transactions Law)
• UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 (Use of Information and Communication Technology in Health Fields)
• Dubai Law No. 5 of 2012 (Dubai International Financial Centre Data Protection Law, if applicable)
• Any other applicable UAE federal or emirate-specific laws and regulations

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to:

• Attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations
• Consider mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai
• Provide written notice of any dispute at least 30 days before initiating legal action

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UAE Urban Experiences Platform regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
